Our Coko Loyalty Club is a way for us to celebrate our loyal customers. The program is really simple and points can be collected with both online and in-store purchases.

  • Spend $1 at Coko = earn 1 reward point
  • Once you collect 1,000 points, you’ll be rewarded with a $75 Coko voucher (which can be used both online and in-store)

 

Sounds great! How do I join?

Once on our website, you’ll see a pop-up that invites you to join our loyalty club. If you are already a customer of Coko and have created an account with us, you’ve been automatically added to the club already. If you are in-store and want to sign-up, the Coko team will help you.

How do I check my rewards balance?

You can check your rewards balance at any time by logging into your account.

You will also receive an email every time to make a purchase with Coko that collects you points.

How do I redeem my reward?

Once you have collected 1,000 points, you will receive a reward coupon via email for $75 off your next order with Coko!  You can redeem this reward both online and in-store, and you have 12 months to use it. Please note, this coupon can only be used one and must be used by the registered shopper who received the reward.

Coko Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel rewards points at any time
  • Rewards can only be redeemed once
  • Rewards cannot be redeemed on an order once it has already been placed
  • Rewards points can only be collected on full-priced items
  • Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
  • Rewards points can only be used and redeemed by the holder of the account and cannot be shared with other customers
  • If you return any items purchased with a rewards voucher, the voucher value may be subtracted from the return credit or refund
  • On purchases made using your reward coupon, you can only collect points on the remaining value of your order not covered by the voucher
  • Points and rewards expire after 12 months
